Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. UAE and GCC orders are delivered locally, while international orders are shipped via DHL Express with tracking.
How long does delivery take?
Ready to Ship: normally prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days. Made to Order and Pre-Order: typically 5–7 business days before dispatch, unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page.
After dispatch, estimated courier transit: UAE 1–3 business days; GCC 2–5; USA & UK 4–7; other international destinations 5–10.

Will I pay customs duties or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or clearance fees depending on your country.
These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Address changes are only possible before the order is dispatched.
If the order has already been shipped, reached your city, or is out for delivery, any re-routing, address correction, or re-delivery charges charged by DHL or the courier will be the customer’s responsibility.
What happens if I refuse to pay customs or miss delivery?
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs charges, failed delivery, or incorrect delivery details, it may be returned to us.
In such cases, return shipping, customs penalties, handling fees, or courier charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Eligible standard, non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to our
Returns & Refunds policy. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Reporting within 48 hours where possible helps us assist quickly; it does not limit applicable statutory rights.
How do I choose the right size?
Abayas and Inner Dresses use separate size guidance. Sizes 52–62 primarily indicate garment length; use the
Size Guide for the garment you are buying and contact us if you need fit help.
Are products exactly as shown?
Yes. All product images represent our items as accurately as possible. Minor colour variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
