Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 7–14 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

Exchanges for a different size or design are subject to product availability. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item delivered by ABAYA DUBAI ONE.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
