Return Eligibility
- Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Items must be returned in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or discounted items
- Customized or made-to-measure designs
- Hijabs, sheilas, and inner garments (hygiene reasons)
- Items showing signs of wear, perfume, washing, or damage
Size & Selection Responsibility
A detailed size guide is provided to help you choose correctly before purchase. By placing an order, you confirm your selection.
- We do not accept returns for change of mind.
- We do not accept returns due to incorrect size selection.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photo or video proof. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Exchanges
- Customers are responsible for return shipping.
- Reshipping fees for exchanged items are the customer's responsibility.
- Exchange is processed only after inspection and approval.
Shipping, Customs & Delivery Conditions
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees. These are not included in the product price and must be paid by the customer.
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs, incorrect address, or failed delivery, any return shipping, customs penalties, or courier charges will be deducted from the refund.
If a delivery address is changed after shipment or when the parcel is already in transit, any re-routing or courier charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
