If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept the parcel, refusal to pay customs charges, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to sender.
In such cases, any return shipping charges, storage fees, customs-related charges, courier handling fees, or re-delivery charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.
