Return Eligibility

• Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Items must be returned in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Size & Design Responsibility

A detailed size guide is provided to assist customers prior to purchase. By completing your order, you confirm that you have reviewed the size guide and selected your preferred design.

• We do not accept returns for change of mind.
• We do not accept returns due to incorrect size selection.
• Design or color changes are not permitted after order confirmation.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos or video evidence. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional shipping cost to you.

Exchanges

Approved exchanges are subject to product availability and inspection.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Reshipping fees for the exchanged item are also the responsibility of the customer.
• The replacement will be dispatched only after the returned item has been received and approved.

Return Shipping & Re-Delivery

For approved returns not caused by a defect or fulfillment error, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service.

• If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover return and re-delivery costs.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable.
• If a parcel is refused or undeliverable, return shipping and customs charges will be deducted from any refund.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved by our quality control team. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
